CENTRE D’AMUSEMENT PIROUETTE, operating under the name Pirouette Amusement (“Pirouette,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), is responsible for the personal information collected in connection with its services. Personal information is information that can identify you, directly or indirectly.

This policy explains how we handle information collected through www.pirouetteamusement.com, our forms, purchases made through our online ticketing system, and communications following a request. It also explains your choices and rights under applicable laws, including Quebec’s *Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector*.

## Person Responsible for the Protection of Personal Information

For any questions, requests regarding your personal information, or complaints concerning its protection, please contact our person responsible:

**Name and position:** Yvan Fontaine, President

**Email:** yfontaine@azurdivertissements.com

**Mailing address:** 137 Principale Street, Cowansville, QC, Canada, J2K 1J3

## Information We Collect and How We Use It

We limit the collection of personal information to what is necessary for specific purposes. Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of information.

**Inquiries and reservations.** Your name, email address, telephone number and, where applicable, the name of your organization, as well as the information required for your event, such as the date, time slot, number of participants, requested services and the content of your communications with us. We use this information to respond to your request, check availability, prepare a proposal and organize the delivery of our services.

**Purchases and billing.** Contact information required for purchases and billing, tickets or services purchased, amounts, references and transaction status. We use this information to process orders, send tickets and confirmations, manage payments or refunds, and maintain required accounting records. Information required to process payments is handled by CINE-MANAGER. Never send a complete credit card number or security code through our forms or by email.

**Website use and operation.** Technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, and the date and time of your visit, may be recorded by our platforms to operate the website, diagnose errors and prevent abuse. Optional tracking tools are described in the “Cookies and Tracking Technologies” section and are subject to your choices.

Required fields are identified at the time information is collected. You may choose not to provide optional information. If information is required for us to respond to your request or provide a service, we will explain the consequences of not providing it.

## Information About Children

Our inquiry and reservation forms are intended for parents, guardians and adults organizing an activity. When planning a group visit, please provide the number of participants rather than a list of names, unless we specifically request such information for a justified reason.

When information about a child is required, we explain why it is needed and obtain the necessary consent. For children under the age of 14, the required consent must be provided by a parent or legal guardian. We do not collect personal information directly from a child under 14 without this consent, except where permitted by law. From the age of 14, consent may be provided by the young person, a parent or a legal guardian.

Please avoid including medical information or other sensitive information in open comment fields. If information about an allergy or special need is necessary to organize an activity, please contact us so we can determine what information should be provided and the appropriate way to send it. Where consent is required to use or disclose sensitive personal information, that consent must be expressly given.

## Consent and Communications

We inform you of the intended use of your personal information when it is collected. When consent is required, we request it separately and clearly for each relevant purpose. Any new use of your information requires your consent unless an exception permitted by law applies.

Submitting an inquiry or purchasing tickets does not automatically subscribe you to promotional communications. Any subscription to such communications requires a separate choice. You may unsubscribe using the link provided in those messages or by contacting us. Communications required to follow up on a request or complete an order remain separate from promotional communications.

You may withdraw your consent to the use or disclosure of your personal information by contacting our person responsible for the protection of personal information. We will explain the consequences of withdrawing your consent, including situations where certain services can no longer be provided. Withdrawal of consent does not affect any retention obligations imposed by law.

## Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies, which are small files stored in your browser. Some cookies are necessary for the operation and security of the website or to remember your consent choices.

Other cookies and tracking technologies are optional. Depending on the tools actually used, they may be used to measure website traffic, remember non-essential preferences or personalize advertising. Optional identification, location or profiling features remain disabled unless you activate them through your consent choices.

The cookie banner allows you to accept or refuse optional cookies and choose the categories to which you consent. You may change your choices using the link available on the website. Simply continuing to browse the website does not constitute consent to optional cookies. Refusing optional cookies does not prevent you from accessing essential information about our services.

Your browser settings may also allow you to delete or block cookies. However, blocking necessary cookies may affect the operation of certain features. The ticketing system may have its own privacy and cookie settings, which you should also review.

## Access to Information and Service Providers

Within Pirouette, access to personal information is limited to individuals who need it to perform their duties, including handling inquiries, reservations, customer service, accounting and technical administration.

We use the following service providers in connection with our services:

- **Wix**, for website hosting and the management of forms and inquiries submitted through the website;
- **Fino Solutions**, including through POS-Manager, for ticketing, transaction management and technical support;
- **Microsoft**, through Microsoft 365, for email and documents used in our communications;
- **Global Payment**, for payment processing;
- optional tools identified in the “Cookies and Tracking Technologies” section, when activated with your consent.

We limit the information provided to service providers to what is necessary for them to perform their services. When a service provider processes personal information on our behalf, its access to the information and confidentiality obligations are governed by the required agreements. Using these service providers does not replace or reduce our responsibilities toward you.

Personal information may also be disclosed when permitted or required by law, a court order or another legal authorization. Any other disclosure for a separate purpose requires your consent when required by law.

## Processing Outside Quebec

Some service providers or their subcontractors may process or store personal information outside Quebec, including in other Canadian provinces or in other countries. In such cases, the information may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where it is processed or stored.

Before allowing such processing or disclosure, we assess relevant privacy factors, including the sensitivity of the information, the purposes for which it is processed, the safeguards in place and the applicable legal framework. We authorize the processing only when adequate protection is provided and the required written agreements are in place. You may contact our person responsible for the protection of personal information for more information about processing that applies to your personal information.

## Retention and Destruction

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and to comply with our legal obligations. The applicable retention period varies depending on whether the information relates to an inquiry, reservation, transaction record or proof of consent. Accounting requirements or legal proceedings may require certain records to be retained after a service has been completed.

Once the purposes for which the information was collected have been fulfilled and no legal obligation requires its continued retention, the information is securely destroyed. You may contact our person responsible for the protection of personal information to request information about the retention period applicable to your personal information and the criteria used to determine it.

## Protecting Personal Information and Privacy Incidents

We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the personal information, including managing access permissions and confidentiality obligations for individuals who handle the information. Our person responsible for the protection of personal information coordinates privacy-related requests and the management of privacy incidents.

If a privacy incident occurs, we take steps to reduce the risks and prevent a similar incident from happening again. When an incident presents a risk of serious harm, we notify the individuals concerned and the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec in accordance with legal requirements. Privacy incidents are recorded in a register.

## Your Rights and How Requests Are Handled

Subject to the conditions and exceptions provided by law, you may:

- ask whether we hold personal information about you and obtain a copy of it;
- request that your information be corrected and, where permitted or required by law, deleted;
- withdraw your consent to the use or disclosure of your personal information;
- request computerized personal information in a structured and commonly used technological format, or request that it be provided to an authorized recipient, where the right to data portability applies;
- request that the dissemination of your personal information cease or that a hyperlink associated with your name be de-indexed in situations provided for by law.

Requests for access or correction must be submitted in writing to our person responsible for the protection of personal information. We may verify your identity or your authority to act as a representative using only the information necessary for that verification. We respond to these requests within 30 days of receiving them. If a request is refused, we provide a written explanation, including the legal basis for the refusal and the available remedies.

To file a complaint, please provide our person responsible with a description of the situation, the relevant facts and a way to contact you. We review the complaint, request additional information when necessary, and communicate the outcome of our review and any applicable corrective measures. You may also exercise your rights through the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec: www.cai.gouv.qc.ca.

## Changes to This Policy

We update this policy when our practices or applicable requirements change. Any changes will be brought to your attention through a notice on the website or by another appropriate method depending on the nature of the change. The date of the most recent update appears at the top of this policy.

If a change requires new consent, we will obtain that consent before carrying out the relevant processing.
